Morrison Water Services supports safety at Scottish Water Suppliers Conference
19th December 2024
Morrison Water Services, as part of the Caledonia Water Alliance (CWA), attended the first Scottish Water Suppliers Conference to discuss how Scottish Water and their delivery partners and supply chain can look to achieve ‘Beyond Zero Harm’.
Beyond Zero Harm is an initiative to make sure everyone goes beyond the goal of zero accidents to achieve a higher level of safety and performance.
The event brought together a wealth of knowledge and experience to look at how we can make a difference to the environment we work in, creating a safer place to work and making sure everybody gets home safely.
We also had the opportunity to share our innovative digital Point of Work Risk Assessment -FYLD App, which allows our sites to use ‘real time’ AI technology along with a video to assess and control live environment hazards.
Jana Brady, SHE Advisor at CWA, said: “ The Scottish Water Suppliers Conference was a great day, showcasing CWA’s use of FYLD. It proved we’re very much ahead of the curve with point of work risk assessments and that we are a business that continues to drive new innovative ways of doing things, especially regarding safety.”
Across M Group Services, we work with our clients and supply chain to introduce innovative solutions to make sure we keep both our people, and the public safe.
