KEY ASPECTS OF DELIVERY

The project was complex due to the requirement of installing a 4m shaft and a 19m heading toenable AA to connect a new 350mm DI pipe onto the existing sewer. What’s more, AA came across an unforeseen steel obstruction whilst undertaking the heading. This meant the team had to undertake specialist hot welding activities within a confined space and divert the heading whilst still working to meet TW’s and the developers critical path programme. The developer provided the below feedback to AA & TW on completion of the works: “I’d like to personally extend my thanks and thanks on behalf of both Multiplex and our Client to the operational team led by Agility. Whilst we had our obstacles to overcome in design, the process couldn’t of run more smoothly once the team arrived on site. Agility and the team were professional, an absolute pleasure to deal with and the quality of the installation speaks for itself. You also beat your programme which is always a plus! Thanks again and we look forward to working with you in the future”.
