Morrison Water Services is the main sponsor of this year’s Water Cycle challenge hosted by Yorkshire Water.

The event, to raise money for WaterAid, is taking place Saturday 2 July. Lee Wood, Yorkshire Contract Director at Morrison Water Services said: “It’s great to support WaterAid to achieve their goal that everyone, everywhere has access to clean water and sanitation by 2030.”

Starting at Yorkshire Dales Sailing Club at Grimwith Reservoir, the event has three cycle routes available. At 40, 80 and 111 miles, the routes are carefully crafted to highlight the physical challenges of the Yorkshire countryside while being surrounded by beautiful scenery.

Lee said: “This is a fantastic family event with the three routes catering to different abilities. The entry level ride is age 12+ so it gives the whole family a chance to get involved.”

The event was unable to take place last year due to the pandemic but is back with all profits going to WaterAid.

Morrison Water Services is proud to be sponsoring the event and helping raise money for such an important cause.
