We held our biggest apprentice and graduate induction

Our biggest apprentice and graduate induction has concluded here at the Doubletree Hilton, Manchester with a record number of people joining our Clean Water programme.
Morrison Water Services is pleased to have appointed a total of 12 apprentices and 16 graduates to a variety of roles and projects on our contracts with Yorkshire Water, United Utilities and D?r Cymru Welsh Water.
Our induction programme consisted of team building exercises such as constructing a bridge out of everyday objects and presentations from a variety of guest speakers including Scott Beard, Executive Director for Morrison Water Services, Rachel Fayers, Human Resources Director for M Group Services’ Water Division and Timothy Waite, General Manager for Morrison Water Services’ Yorkshire Water contract.
Scott Beard, Executive Director for Morrison Water Services said: “The success of our business is built on having the best talent from across the UK and investing in our future talent is key to enabling this for generations to come. As we warmly welcome our 28 new Apprentice and Graduate colleagues into Morrison Water Services, it again underpins our commitment to developing the very best people to work alongside our existing highly skilled workforce and valued customers, to deliver outstanding results. We wish all of our new colleagues the very best as they embark on their new careers”.
